On 21st August 2023, Sarthak Prayash Public School and Sarthak Prayash team organized an awareness session for girls on the topic Mensural cycle #periods.

This program was organized under the guidance of Mrs. Ritu Thakur and various expert teachers Mrs. Bharti Sharma, Mrs. Nisha, Mrs. Sarita, Mrs. Sushma Pant and Miss Aamni.

Session focused on explaining how after a certain age girls at their puberty period get changes in body. They need to be more aware about this process and how to handle this in public.

It was taught to all participants neither to feel shy about this nor be hesitant.

After the session Sanitary pads were also distributed for all girls.
